We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any listing.

Your purchase contract is with the merchant, not with SparkMart. We are not a party to that transaction and accept no liability for the products themselves, their delivery, their suitability, or any loss arising from their use.

Disputes about an order — including refunds, returns, delivery and product quality — must be raised with the merchant that sold you the item.

We may revise these terms. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
